With the latest addition to Acegate's commitment into moving with the latest technology sees the addition of the Amada EM3610NT. With 45 stations and 30 Tonnes of Punching power available along with a 2500 x 1500mm capacity before reposition the EM is recognised as one of the fastest Punchpresses on the market. With the addition of a Sheet Loader this allows greater output to meet our clients demands.

With the addition of the Adige LT712D Tube Laser and it's impressive tube cutting capabilities it has allowed us to rethink our methods of manufacture in many of our products. With capabilities for cutting at various angles and axis it has meant that we can manipulate tube in such a way that we can reduce the need for Welding and in some cases allowing us to remove the need for any Weld at all. Thus reducing cost and improving overall quality.
